I went today and had the pleasure of meeting Irwin. He was very professional and polite. Irwin took time out to show me how to put my spare back in the compartment correctly. He made sure that he worked diligently while finding me the best tires that worked for my budget. I will return if I ever need to.

Best tire shop I’ve ever dealt with. Called before hand and he had the set of used tires I needed. Came by he didn’t waste time and got to work. Great price and service from Juke!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They damaged my vehicle and still haven't contacted me for compensation. I've been trying to talk with the owner about this for almost 2 WEEKS but it's like he's never there and won't call me back. When he is there he still doesn't call me. I've been nothing but considerate and WAY too nice about this. My husband bought 2 used tires for my car. One of them was defective and had tire belt separation. We used the warranty and got it replaced there. When they replaced it the employee damaged my car from improper jack placement and cracked the molding. He also damaged the tire sensors and when I asked him about it they said to drive around and it will work again. Never did. Came back so they can replace those too. One of the employees then told me that they knew it was broken when I was leaving but never told me until I came back?? This business prides itself on fast and honest work but how is that honest?? Ive been calling just about every day since TRYING to get a hold of the owner to resolve this but NOTHING. I'll be reporting this business and I will be taking legal action if this doesn't get resolved soon.

If it were possible to give this company half a star for the mere fact that it exists, I would have done so today. Yesterday, Monday, 9/20, I went to the A-1 Tire Shop located at 9600 N I-35 Frontage Road to get my tires rotated and balanced. This was my 3rd visit there, and only because I didn't have a bad experience in the past, I went back. But, because of my experience yesterday, I am writing this review. I am hoping others would read and be cautious of this business. Here is what I think… I think either a crime was committed or the huge/heavy set black guy who serviced my vehicle does not know anything about tires. I went there to service my silver/grey Nissan Armada. There were no problems with any of the center caps; I know because I have driven the vehicle for many years and have never had any problems with any of the caps. But, somehow, after removing the tires, the guy informed me that 3 out of the 4 center caps were damaged. Interestingly, of the 3 damaged center caps, one just happened to belong to a white Nissan. Again, my vehicle is silver/grey, and I have never had a reason to replace any of the caps for me to have a white one, all of a sudden today. The rem
